We are a 75-member Regional Auto Club dedicated to the preservation and
enjoyment of all slant-six engine vehicles. We now welcome all Chrysler and AMC
produced vehicles at our Annual Picnic/Meet. Enclosed please find a copy of our
Picnic/Meet flyer.
We would be most delighted with your personal appearance, but in addition would appreciate any promotional help you could assist us with regarding our 20th Annual Picnic/Meet that will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2008 (Rain date: October 12th) between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. This event will be held at the NJ Agricultural Museum, located just off Route 1 South in New Brunswick, New Jersey (College Farm Road). Cost is $8/carload (Members), $10/carload (Non-Members). 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. There are 10 vendor spaces.
We expect at least 35 cars.
We offer goodie bags to all participants and if you have anything to add to these bags, or the bags themselves, we would be very grateful.
Finally, half of the club’s ‘50/50 Raffle’ proceeds will go to Deborah Heart and Lung Center and the Ronald McDonald House in New Brunswick, New Jersey so if you would like to contribute to our causes with us, we would be most appreciative. Donations for 50/50 raffle ‘2nd Chance’ drawing would be welcome.
