Eat Your Art Out is an annual silent art auction hosted by the Angel City Derby Girls, LAs premiere flat track roller derby league.
This year, the Angel City Derby Girls are also teaming up with The Keep A Breast Foundation. 10 of the Angels torsos were cast in plaster and the busts will be customized by: Skinner, O...liver Hibert, Desiree Chung, Hannah Nance Partlow, Mathew Curran, Moemoe and GOREilla, Jane Dope, and more!
All proceeds of these casts sold during EYAO will go to the Keep A Breast Foundation.
For the third year in a row Titmouse Animation Studios have graciously invited us to take over once again. This upcoming May, Eat Your Art Out will be bringing back the campy goodness of Grindhouse cinema by transforming their spacious lot into the charred aftermath of a vengeful rumble gone terribly right. Amidst the rubble will be drinks for the grown ups, popcorn and treats for the kids, food trucks, live art, music, photo ops and of course the musical stylings of DJ Expo, DJMahf and DJ Day. With last year's show being our most successful event yet, we also have some sweet surprises in the works to make sure our seventh year celebration is extra fun!
Saturday, May 3 at 7:00pm in PDT.
1121 Seward St Los Angeles, Ca 90038
ALL AGES! $5 at the door.
All pieces are donated by artists from all over the world, so far including: OG Slick, Jim Mahfood, Skinner, Ekundayo, Ryan Ebelt, Dave MacDowell, Mike Huddleston and many more.
