he NMCA Flowmaster Muscle Car Nationals Series starts its season over the weekend of March 21-24, 2013, with the Ross Racing Pistons NMCA Muscle Car Nationals Featuring the Chevrolet Performance LSX Challenge, scheduled to take place at Bradenton Motorsports Park in Bradenton, Florida. As this is the first race of the season, the Northern-based competitors are chomping at the bit to feel some warm weather and get the racing season started.
The Chevrolet Performance LSX Challenge Series is on the property!
The LSX Challenge Series is back for 2013 to be contested at four events this season, starting off right here in Florida with five awesome racing classes. The LSX Challenge Series is the premier racing series for street-based vehicles powered by Chevrolets LS and LSX engine family. Two of the classes to be contested in Florida include the LSX Drag Radial class, won last season by Mike Meeks and his awesome seven-second Trans Am, and the LSX All Motor Class, where Jud Massingill took his all-motor Camaro to low-eight-second performances all last year in pursuit of the class championship. The LSX Real Street class, LSX Rumble class, and 5th Gen Camaro Challenge class also all return to action for the 2012 season.
