| The Annual Kapukasing Lumberjack Heritage Festival des bûcherons is a celebration of our rich heritage and culture. Visitors positevely enjoy all of the featured events and activities such as Professional t Amateur Lumberjack Competitions, Fiddling, Harmonica,and step Dancing Competitions, Western Equestrian Speed Challenge, Arm Wrestling Competitions, Live entertainment, Car & Truck Show and Motorcycle Charity ride and display. Also a new addtion is the Lumberjack one day bush camp of the 1920's. This lumberjack camp was built to demonstrate to visitors the experience and hardship a bush cutter would go through int he winter mnths of wood cutting. The Festival is surrounded by the Riverside Park and the Kapuskasing River with its natural beauty.
