If you long for the days of poodle skirts and rock and roll, this event is for you! 50s Fever includes a Classic Car Show, Costume Contest (best male and best female 50s costume), 50s Contests (Hula Hoop, Bubble Gum Blowing, Car Hop Relay, Paddle Ball, 50s Bingo, and more). Have lunch in the Do Wop Diner featuring all the foods you remember from the old soda fountain and local drive-in. You wont want to miss the entertainment starting at noon featuring Eddie Hughes and his amazing Echos of Elvis presentation youll think Elvis is back in the building! Eddie is backed by Rich and the Resistors playing all the oldies from the 50s. Bring you saddle shoes and dance away to your favorite tunes. The highlight of the day will be the CLASSIC CAR SHOW featuring some of the most fantastic cars you have ever seen. This is your opportunity to talk to the owners, find out the history of their cars, how they got started, and see if this is the right hobby for you. 50s Fever is a benefit for Honor Flight Minnesota.
