1960's Chevy Impala Rusty Abandoned Classic Cars from the 60's By: rustyrides       Member Posted Comments   legratrodder: '64 Impala 2 dr ht. Looks like it had a color change earlier in it's life. Hard to believe people leave hardtops to rust away. These were very big poor handling cars, but have excellent classic lines. My brother had a '63 two door post car with a 283 and factory column shift standard. I don't know what ever happened to that car. I think he bought it in '69 or '70 for about $250 and it was very solid. He drove it in college. Those were the days. September 27, 2009      mcyphert: shameful!
