Rusty Ride Saved - 1942 Packard
Michael S saved this Rusty Ride, here is a little bit of his story...
"... a picture of my '42 Packard Clipper Club Sedan that I saved from a cow pasture in Ottawa Kansas. The body was in the field with the cows and the frame was by the barn, the front clip, trunk and what little else remaining was under a tree covered in poison ivy! The car was too far gone to restore but I felt it made a great candidate for a Rat Rod. It's now powered by a '78 Camaro 305 w/turbo 350 automatic, stock front and rear suspension and many parts from a '57 Chevy plus several other years and makes of cars. This car is driven almost daily and has attended many car shows in Kansas and Missouri. Thanks for letting me share."
Thank you Michael for the great photo and story and thank you for saving another Rusty Ride!!

: Great save, Michael, way better than having it rot with the cows. Nice body style on this one also.
