The Gulf Coast Car Club was founded in 2012. The club was founded on sunny Sunday afternoon down a red dirt lane in far South Alabama. Five founding members decided they wanted a fun club and to be around fun people. The club is a tight-knit family of people who share a common interest in the car collecting hobby. Members enjoy attending shows and cruise-ins, going out to dinner, going on cruises and just having fun together!
The purposes of the club are: 1) to encourage the members to acquire, preserve, restore, exhibit, and make use of antique and collector automobiles; 2) to promote the sharing of ideas, fun, and fellowship among the membership; 3) to promote family activities that teach the enjoyment of working with these autos to children and young people; and 4) to be a responsible member of our community.
