West Coast club that enjoys cruisin and hitting shows. Always looking to meet new people. The Club was founded in April of 2009. Its mission is to unite Volkswagen owners, enthusiast, and the community of charlotte Florida together. Founded by Tony and Cathy Silva, "CHVWC" is a relatively new yet growing club. In 2009 The club hosted 2 Volkswagen only Car Shows. The first was held in June 2009 and the second was held October of 09. Both were located at the Charlotte Honda and Volkswagen Car Dealer. Members of the club have also traveled the state and have participated in other Volkswagen only events. Notable ones include Pasco County Bug Jam and Jingle Bug Rocks in Old Town Kissimee. The club members help one another with mechanical trouble shooting, restoration, and are much like a family. It is not just for members EVERYONE is welcomed to participate.
