Our club was formed in 1999 and formally chartered in 2000. We have a strong affiliation with eight car clubs in surrounding communities. The Rod Benders are in the hub position, hence naming our annual local car show each June the Borders 3 Jamboree. Ours is a "working" club ... we drive our cars to shows and events throughout Idaho, Montana, Washington and British Columbia. The Rod Benders cars put some rubber on the road and in spite of the hazards of driving a lot of miles, our cars still bring home awards and accolades wherever we attend.
