Elgin Illinois based club founded in 1970 whose member own a modified from stock vehicle 25 years old or more and enjoy the hobby and events associated with the love of vintage autos. Sponsoring 2 car shows each year including their 26th year as host for the McHenry Fiesta Days car show each July at Peterson Park in McHenry. Meeting the first Monday of each month at Culver's resturant at 6000 Miller rd. in Carpentersville at 7 PM. New members need to attend 3 meetings or club events and be voted in by a majority of existing members. Dues are $25 a year and the newsletter, Streetrod is published monthly. In addition to the 2 car shows, members participate in other clubs shows, attend car related events and social gatherings with fellow members. Funds raised at events are partial donated to local charities.
