CLUB PURPOSE The Purpose of the Oil Capitol Auto Club is simply this: The Members of the Oil Capitol Auto Club believe that by joining together as a club, we bring years of experience and talents combined with power in numbers to help protect and preserve the History and Heritage of the Automotive Industry!
