In 1962 a small group of Kansas City area Model A ford enthusiasts gathered together to form a local Club. The name they adopted was "Heart of America Model A Ford Club". The club is now organized as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Missouri. The Club is governed by a board operating under a system of by-laws developed by the membership and updated on a periodic basis Membership in the Heart of America Model A Ford Club is open to all who love and enjoy the Model A. Ownership of a \Model A is not considered important nor is it required. Our membership number has varied over the years and currently exceeds 130 families.
