Indiana Street Rod Association

Established in 1971 to promote the Street Rod hobby on a statewide level, ISRA provides leadership, guidance, and fun events for the enthusiasts who favor driving their specialty cars wherever and whenever they want. ISRA wants to help maintain a close eye on any adverse legislation that would affect all vehicles, Antiques to Pro-Street. Many states have recently passed or considered laws which are intended to remove unsafe and poorly maintained vehicles from the road, but without special consideration for modified and updated cars. These laws could severely restrict our hobby. As hobbyists, we must be willing and ready to collectively demonstrate that we favor safety and clean air. ISRA intends to keep an eye on any adverse legislation which would protect our right to build, own, and operate our cars.
