The K5 Blazer combines classic styling, rugged reliability and a luxurious interior into one great package. 1991 was the final year of pruduction for this body style and features many interior updates from the already updated line of Chevy trucks making the later examples some of the most desireable.
This K5 is a one owner example with only 101,000 miles. Being a Silverado it features power windows and locks, comfortable buckets with a center console, four wheel drive and a/c which is blowing cold. The factory AM/FM/ Cassette remains in the dash and is fully functional.
Power comes from the venerable 350TBI motor which runs well and the 700R4 shifts smoothly. Brakes are nearly new and the BFG tires have lots of tread left. We just had new exhaust installed and would not hesitate to drive this truck anywhere.
This truck has seen one repaint in its original color about three years ago and shows well. The underside is solid, we have done some detailing on the frame as it had some surface rust - the floor pans look excellent and the front inner fenders were replaced during the repaint. The body is straight and the gaps are good - no sagging doors on this one. While not a show truck we would consider this to be a nice daily driver in better than average condition that presents itself well. Close inspection reveals a couple flaws in the paint but overall it looks quite good.
