This is a 1950 Chevy 4100 Series (originally a 4108 or 4109) truck. It has been extensively modified. I recently had a re-manufactured SB 400 installed. It's backed by a TH-350, with a Dana 70 powerlock rear-end (4.10 gears), with dual wheels. HEI ignition, Edelbrock Performer 4-bbl carb, aluminum intake, aluminum radiator (mechanical puller fan, aux. electric pusher). Front disc brakes, with a large vacuum boost. Hunsaker full-suspension seats (since the truck suspension makes for a stiff ride), with 4-point harness. New gas tank. Custom aluminum bed, with newer wood on the stake sides. New two tone paint (red/black) a couple of years ago, with the frame painted as well as the cab (non-skid bed-liner on the running boards). I used this truck to haul firewood for my outdoor wood furnace, but I've moved to a place where I don't have to stoke a fire to keep from freezing. $12,000. In-dash MP3 player/radio.
