| This truck is an off frame restoration. I have made a few changes to the truck, such as removed fuel tank from inside of cab to under the truck, A/C system has been updated to a newer style with orfice tube and accumalater instead of V.I.R. assembly, added leather bucket seats. I installed a Custom Audio Sounds Stereo with 10 disc cd changer powered by two amps, 2 10" woofers, 2 6"x9" speakers and 2 6" three way speakers. The engine is a 350 cid 4 bolt main with .302 heads, speed pro cam, edelbrock intake manifold and 650 cfm holley carb, new lifters,oil pump, rod bearings, main bearings, rings, timing chain and gears. The heads were rebuilt and new valve seats installed. The truck had 67000 miles on it when purchased, but since restore less than a 1000 miles have been put on it. There are a few very miner things that have not been finished or I should say some things that I wanted to do to this truck that I didn't get done. Transmission is a 700R4 overdrive, wished it was a TH400. |
