1959 Chevrolet Apache 3100 Short bed Pickup Truck

Truck was just completed. The chassis started as a stock short bed frame that has had a professionally installed 1976 Camaro front clip. New McGaughys 2 drop spindles, and 2 drop springs up front. New brake rotors, bearings and seals as well as new brake calipers and pads. New 7 brake booster and dual reservoir master cylinder. Rebuilt quick ratio power steering box (2 turns lock to lock). Rear end is a GM 10 bolt also from a 75 Camaro with all new brake shoes and wheel cylinders. Rolling on 15x7 Astro Supreme wheels made in the USA. Wrapped in skinny white wall 205/70/r15 tires. The rear frame has had an axle flip done and a mini c notch with new shocks.

The engine is a 1992 GM Goodwrench 350 crate motor, with new MSD HEI distributer, new spark plug wires, tall Chevrolet valve covers, new water pump, new one wire chrome GM alternator, new Edelbrock 600CFM carburetor. New fuel pump, new washable air filter and chrome cover. Transmission is a rebuilt th350. New driveshaft and U joints, new aluminum radiator, and overflow tank. New battery, new belts, hoses, and new wiring harness.

All new glass except the rear, which is original. New weather stripping and window seals, rebuilt vent window assemblies. New door handles inside and out with matching keys for locks, glove box, and ignition. New aluminum instrument panel filled with new white gauges. New chrome tilt steering column. White 3 spoke steering wheel with bullet center cap. New carpet, new foam on an original seat frame with new upholstery done in diamond tuck in white with a black border. New headliner, dome light assembly, new window cranks. New door panels. Interior is painted glossy white and has been heavily pinstriped (yet still classy) by Hubcap from Hubcaps Rod and Custom in Phoenix. Brand new Vintage Air sure fit air conditioning with upgraded deluxe control panel with heat and defrost for the cold mornings. Windshield wipers also work with brand new stainless steal arms and new wiper blades. New drivers side sun visor and chrome arm. New chrome rear view window mirror and arm.

New bed wood kit that has been stained ebony and covered in 3 coats of Spar urethane, with all new polished stainless strips and hardware. New smooth tailgate and new polished chains with clear protective covers. New Model A Style taillights. New 2 dual exhaust with chrome tips and Cherry Bomb mufflers.

Paint is a single stage flat metallic in sea foam. Bumpers, headlight surrounds, and grill are painted with a single stage glossy white.
