72 Chevy step side short bed

This 1972 chevy custom deluxe short bed, step side truck has been setting for ten + years, it started right up and drove great. It was a one owner and he took excellent care of it until he got sick and could not drive.
Has a 350 engine, starts right up. The wood in the bed is rotted. It is a California truck and stayed in California. On the drivers rocker panel there is a rust spot half the size of a dime. Body is in great shape. Seat and door panels are very nice,tires look good but they are 15 years old. the truck has 84543 miles on it. It is registered.
it probably should be trailered , that is how I brought it to my home, I did not trust the tires after setting so long.
It is \"as is\", so you can view the truck before you buy. I have a clean title in hand.
