This is an un-restored 1949 Chevrolet 3100 short bed, five window pick up. It has the original 216 cu in six cylinder engine, and three speed manual transmission on the column. The engine appears to have been rebuilt as it runs excellent with no smoking or funny noises. The truck will need a complete cosmetic restoration, including some rust repair, body work, paint and interior. The drivetrain is complete and performs quite well. This truck has the deluxe cab with the five windows and the deluxe chrome trim package around the windows and the chrome grille. We just installed new wheel cylinders, brake shoes, master cylinder, and brake hoses all around.
