1968 F-250 camper special I am the second owner I purchased the vehicle from my grandfather 7 years ago.
I have put lots of money and time in this truck, since purchase engine has been rebuilt it holds the original 360 with automatic transmission.
Less than a year ago the truck has received:
- New suspension all the way around
- New rotors and disk (not rebuilt rotors brand new ones) brakes as well as pads for the rear
- All new brake lines front to back
- New headers and dual magnaflow exhaust
- Brand new seat and upholstry
- New interior carpet
- New gas tank and tubing
- New tires and rims
Engine rebuilt 2 years ago total milage on truck is 122,000 original miles 31,000 after rebuild. Too much work to list it all
Truck runs great and is garage kept. You can see in the picks the great condition of the truck I point out the one rust spot on the tailgate. Originally the truck comes with two gas tanks i have removed the one behind the seat to replace but have not replaced it.
The truck has the factory installed AC unit from the factory it has been brought up to date but I have not tried to charge it or work on it as I just drive with the windows down when I drive it.
Along with the tires and rims seen on the truck I have the orginal tires and rims as well as original badge for the front grill.
I hate to get rid of this truck but I just dont have the time and I cant stand to watch it sit. |
