 Vehicle Description
1955 GMC 150-Series 4X4 Deluxe Cab Stepside Long Bed Pickup Truck. Under the hood lives a powerful 350 small block V8 crate motor, delivering more than enough torque to power this 4X4 over the roughest terrain. The engine is mated to a later model 4-speed manual transmission, and is equipped with power steering as well as power brakes. This deluxe cab, stepside long bed truck has also been tastefully equipped with the later model GMC 4X4 chassis, suspension and steering. A solid clean truck, that you are not likely to see anywhere else! This GMC 150-Series features the rare color combination of GMC Aqua Blue and Dover White. All body panels appear to be solid steel and well painted, possibly powder coat painting. The painted bumpers and rugged new looking tires and wheels give this truck a great profile and instant curb appeal. The interior features matching steel dash, matching vinyl and cloth upholstery, NOS looking radio. This pickup truck runs and drives as well as it presents, well above driver quality. Being a deluxe cab, 3/4 ton with the long bed stepside body, with big wrap-around rear window and all the extra moldings, plus with it originally being a factory V8 build, makes this a rare find. Then add the 4X4 and manual transmission, now you have a one of a kind stock looking truck. Compared to the Chevrolet version, the GMC 150-Series had a larger more pronounced grill, front bumper and dash.
