What can we say about Jeep? It makes you want to go MUDDING! This Jeep J-10 Pickup is in good condition overall but does need some work. These Jeeps were prone to rusting in the rocker panels and this one has this same issue. We will be replacing the rocker panels to fix this issue and the new owner will have new rockers and matched paint. Mechanically, get in and drive it home. It starts immediately, shifts nicely into gear with the three speed automatic on the column, and off you go. Be careful though because you will be strongly tempted to splash in that next really big mud puddle. It drives great, it shifts great, it stops great. The four wheel drive does not currently work, we have diagnosed the problem, it needs a U-Joint on the front shaft, which is a minor repair and we can do this for the new owner. The interior is in good shape with only a couple of minor issues. The seats feel good, the carpet is good to excellent, the dash is in great shape, the steering wheel feels good in your hands, and overall you can get in and drive it to get dinner right now and hit the dunes on the way back. As I already pointed out the rockers panels on the body need work, we will be doing this as part of the purchase price. The rest of the body is in good shape with some minor bubbles and surface rust, but the frame and cross members are solid and in good shape for the long haul. There are also some minor paint bubbles here and there over the rear fenders , but nothing that cant be fixed when we do the rockers or in the future. Everything is good to go once the rockers are fixed and then the body will be on overall good shape for the long haul.
