| Vehicle Description |
| MotoeXotica is offering another fantastic GMC Suburban. This very rare and original ambulance was used in Powell, Wyoming, and is an almost rust free vehicle. It purchased new in 1962 by the only hospital serving that area. The only change to the factory order is the White Pearl paint which was done a few years ago. This ambulance has the original stretcher and functioning roof lights. Perfect for Parades, the movie industry, or just park it front of your business or dealership to stop traffic. The paint on the truck looks great with only a few small chips and surface rust spots. There are no major dents or dings. The front chrome bumper looks good and shows no pitting or major scratches. They do have a couple of very small surface rust spots. There is no bubbling or rot to the body that we have found. On the corners of the windshield, it looks as if the window tinting is dissolving. The wheels are in good shape, wrapped in P235/75 R15 Radials that have a lot of tread left. The interior looks good. The gray vinyl seats do have a few rips and are well worn. All lights, blinkers, horn and wipers work. The fuel, speedometer, and water temperature gauges all work. The passenger side rear bench seats offer a lot of storage. The working original stretcher locks into place on the drivers side rear railing, next to the fold into the floor padded rear seat. On the floor of the passenger seat is the original fire extinguisher. All of the lights on the roof, the revolving reds and blues, the four red flashers and the drivers side and rear spot lights all function. The siren has been disconnected, but can easily be reactivated. There is no rot that we have found although there is surface rust on the underside. The original motor still runs well. Under the hood you will find the original V6 Powerplant with an automatic transmission. On the road the truck drives great with no problems. The truck does not have power steering, power brakes or A/C. The odometer shows only 49,926 miles and is believed to be actual. The VIN number is 1001PJ2528A and the truck is being sold on a mileage exempt Texas title. GET OUT AND DRIVE! |
