Regrettably, I am selling my 1988 Ford F-150 short bed 4x4 XL, has a 302V8 and 5-speed. Ordered from the factory with these options also with dual front shocks, skid plate and a Ford bed liner. Guessing not many are left in this condition. Only 64k original miles!.... Brakes are even original!...Its been garage stored all this time and not driven during the New York winters. It is an absolutely solid platform to restore. Includes 4 – 15 inch BF Goodrich all terrain tires on the original steel wheels and hub caps.
There are some paint imperfection, some dents and scratches. It was used as a work truck while building our house. Taken off the road in 2007 although started and drove around the property every summer.
I wish to sell it to someone to who plans to restore or make a custom rig. This was my first new truck, purchased while serving in the military at Kennedy Space Center.
Due to personal reasons, I need to let go. Asking $9,500 and a promise to receive a high resolution image of the truck after it is restored/customized.
