This Chevy truck is a great nostalgic driver with less than 1800 miles since full restoration. It is an all metal truck with a 235 inline 6 engine that was completely rebuilt by a professional machine shop, with a dual carb offenhauser intake manifold. everything done to this truck could have been done to it in the fifties which gives it a period correct feel. it has a camaro rear end with rack and pinion steering that allows it to cruise at 65 plus mph on the road making it easy to get to car shows, or a Sat night ice cream run. The interior is done like an original truck and for those cold evenings after a show the heater works well. Lots of chrome added to the exterior as well as ss bed strips with hidden fasteners set over ash hardwood that was stained ebony, and clear coated with a 2 part conversion finish that is used for commercial hardwood flooring The gauges were replaced with Dakota Digital gauges which maintain a vintage look but offer modern reliability.
