| Beautifully restored Chevy Apache 20 3/4 ton pickup. This truck has never left California and had very little rust when acquired in 2005. During the restoration process all new mechanical components were put in. It has a brand new Chevy 350 V8 that now has less than 2000 miles on it. All of the engine components are new as is the gas tank, brakes, exhaust system, and electrical system. The tranny has been rebuilt. It is a four speed manual on-the-floor transmission. The exterior is perfect with no rust or body damage. The bed is new as is the paint which matches the original stock turquoise. During the restoration what little rust it had was cut out and new sheet metal welded in. There is no bondo in the truck. Basically this is a new truck in a beautiful, classic body. All that's left in the restoration are the wheels and the interior. And within a year it will need new tires. It came with a utility box on the driver's side. That was removed and replced with a matching fender. The utility box is available. |
