1917 Ford T-Bucket for sale in our Tampa Showroom. This cruiser was built in the late 1960s by James Donald Fisk, former host of \"The Freddie Friehofer Show\" using a lot of different vehicles. The frame is a custom made boxed frame that supports a 1957 Ford Thunderbird 312 engine with 3 two barrel carburetors, a 1957 Merc-o-matic 3 speed automatic transmission, and a 1951 Ford rear end with inverted leaf springs front and rear. The body is a custom fiberglass one piece unit with an original 1917 windshield with original \"oil lights\" that have been converted to electric. The front end is a 1930 Ford with 1964 Econoline spindles and brakes, and the radiator is out of a 1958 Chevy! Inside you get a simple dash, floor shifter, and steering is provided by a 1962 Corvair steering column. The taillights are also from the 1962 Corvair. This T bucket for sale is a great piece of automotive history and still looks fantastic! The Orange paint with white headers running to glass packs and exiting over the rear axle really looks good! The exhaust is actually very quiet compared to most T buckets on the road, which means you can hold a conversation with your passenger on the way to the cruise or show! It is titled as a 1970 Roadster. The removeable top will keep the sun off your neck but still allow plenty of fresh air to blow around you. Located in our Tampa Showroom, this 1917 T-Bucket for sale can be seen with an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com, or call 813-645-6200 for additional information.
