 Vehicle Description
Stk. 1709 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air

This stunning 1955 Chevy Bel Air was the recipient of an eight year, frame off restoration to bring it to its current state of magnificence. Starting with a straight and ripple free canvas, Ray Hinson of Precision Paint applied a lustrous base coat/clear coat shell of Raven Black and Gloss White to create a high contrast statement. Two inch front lowering springs, along with the original control arms and solid rear axle, provide support for the chromed 17x7 and 18x8 Coys, five spoke wheels shod with ultra-low profile rubber to fulfill the attitude. To compliment a body this well executed would take an extraordinarily bold interior with only the finest materials and design. Behold, four individual leather buckets wrapped in ebony glove leather, separated by a custom, full length twin waterfall console and echoed in design by the custom waterfall trim adorning the door panels. Take note of the tasty sub-theme created with the custom chrome billet door and window handles, headliner trim and seat medallions. By retaining the original dashboard and augmenting it with Danchuk Signature gauges,FlamingRiverstainless tilt steering column and Clayton Machine interior lights, an enticing blend of classic and contemporary comes to life. Vintage Heat and A/C helps to keep things cool inside while motivation under hood is provided by a GM Performance Parts, ZZ454/400 horse crate motor, complete with 750 cfm Demon carburetor, H.E.I. Ignition, Weiand polished intake, Street and Performance headers and a full 2.5" stainless Flowmaster exhaust. Maintaining this big-blocks cool while cruising is simple with an aluminumGriffinfour row radiator, dual 12" puller fans and an Edelbrock water pump. Handing off that oomph to the 9" Ford, 3.00 rear gears is a silky smooth Turbo 350 automatic. Stopping this dream boat are upgraded power front disc brakes along with new rear drums. Show it or drive it, either way this ride is ready to roll. Call 800-650-1055 or visit our website atwww.autobarnclassiccars.com for more information. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS"
