1973 JAVELIN AMX - MOTOR SIZE 360 W/401 HORSEPOWER. HOLLY CARB. IT WILL NEED A PAINT JOB, BUT THE INTERIOR IS IN ALMOST PERFECT CONDITION WITH ONE LACERATION ON THE PASSENGER SEAT IN FRONT AND THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT LID IS A BIT WARPED. DASH IS IN BEAUTIFUL CONDITION, AS WELL AS THE CEILING. THIS CAR HAS BEEN STORED IN LAS VEGAS SO THERE ARE VERY MINOR RUST ISSUES. NOW THE CAR RESIDES IN MISSISSIPPI, GARAGED.
ONLY 50 JAVELIN AMX CARS ARE REGISTERED TO DATE, WITH 5,707 OF THIS YEAR AND BODY STYLE MADE. THIS REGISTRY ALSO INCLUDES THE 71 MODEL. IT IS THE SAME AS THE 73 JAVELIN, BUT WITH THE FOLLOWING CHANGES MADE :
SAME GRILLE AS THE 71' BASE MODEL, AND SST IS USED,MINUS THE TARGET EMBLEM.
THE PARKING LAMPS ARE LOCATED BEHIND CUT-OUTS OF THE MESH SCREEN.
THE INTERIOR TRIM HAS AN ALUMINUM LOOK .
THE PICTURES ARE ABOUT 5 MONTHS OLD, THE DATE WAS WRONG ON OUR DIGITAL CAMERA!
THIS CAR IS A MUST HAVE FOR COLLECTORS OF AMC SORTS !!
