This very low mileage(57k) 1967 Mustang GTA Coupe was purchased after long term storage(25 years)& came with many NOS body parts that the pervious owner had collected over the years. Unfortunately the pervious owner pasted away before he could see his dream car come back to life.
What you are looking at is a quite rare Springtime Yellow "S" code 390/335hp coupe. Black vinyl top with Black bucket seat / console interior. Floor mounted automatic transmission connected to a 9 inch rear & 3.25 gear set.
Recently done was "2" full NOS quarter panels, NOS inner/outer wheel houses, NOS rear tail panels, NOS floor pans, rear valance & trunk. It still needs "2" small patches at the bottoms of the fenders & has slight bubbling on the corners of the doors. Rear section has already been painted & I have the hood/grille trim pieces missing in the pictures.
The interior is very nice just what you would expect from a low mileage car. The only things replaced were obviously was a new headliner & new carpet.
The numbers matching 390cu.runs fantastic, as does it's original 3 speed automatic transmission. The original 3.25 rear is smooth & quiet.
All the brakes were redone, all suspension/steering parts checked - new B.F.G. radial T/A tires on the factory Pony rims. New full exhaust system installed from the engine back.
