For sale in our Orlando showroom is a 2007 Precious Metal Custom Chopper. Unlike most custom choppers this particular bike has a story. It was bought from the manufacturer Precious Metals Customs in Woodstock, GA by, Lynn Jones of Lynnco Custom Cycles in Cleveland, TN. Lynn Jones purchased the Chopper and donated it for a fund-raiser for the Mary Ellen Locher Foundation of Chattanooga. The exquisite paint and pin striping were done by Chris Cruz Artistry of DeLand, FL. The motor is a completely polished 100cid Ultima Engine the transmission is a polished Baker 6-speed, forks are by American Suspension. I t has a 3-inch belt primary drive, oil tank is hidden under the transmission, and the rear brake is a drilled disc located on the transmission countershaft. Underneath the rear sits a 300 tire and custom wheel. Every weld on the frame is perfectly smoothed giving the appearance that is molded out of one continuous piece of tubing. The lines and wiring are routed internally through the frame or fork tubes giving it an extremely clean appearance. There are no handlebar controls and no speedometer or tachometer. With no speedometer I don??t know the mileage; although our consigner has told us it has no more than 500 miles. The motorcycle was given away as the grand prize of a fundraising raffle for the Foundation at Chattanooga??s Riverbed Festival in 2007. The Steve Miller Band was the headline act that year. Steve Miller signed the tank in gold, with small paint drops to symbolize the fireworks at the festival; the signature was clear-coated along with the rest of the paint. The bike was named The Eagle by Lynnco after the famous Steve Miller Band song and the eagle heads Cruz painted on the sides of the tank. I cannot stress enough the quality of this bike. The paint on this bike is indeed a work of art as well as all of the custom bright work. It is truly a piece of rolling sculpture that looks as though it belongs in a museum. It is completely ride able and ready to go right now.
