Looking for an exceptional Monte Carlo? How about this ONE OWNER 1972 thats so shockingly clean youll mistake it for a restored car. With the original build sheet, protect-o-plate and owners manual, this one has just about everything youre looking for. Code 56 Cream Yellow might not be creatively named, but it sure looks great on the big Monte Carlo bodywork. The light colors emphasize the gracefully flared fenders, and since this one was built this color, they took extra care to preserve the crisp sheetmetal details when the fresh paint went on recently. This car was already amazingly clean to begin with, and the factory-issued body panels remain much as they were when the car was new, with no issues and even gaps all around. Just take a look at the sides of this car-not many cars are that straight and clean, even at the highest levels. The black vinyl top is correct as well, and its finished with correct Monte Carlo script at the C-pillar. Excellent bumpers, like-new taillight lenses, and polished stainless trim all remains in first-rate condition and ready for show. With Cream Yellow, a black interior is the natural choice, and with this car, its almost entirely original. The front bench offers well-preserved seating surfaces with only the most minor wear on the trim bead where youd ordinarily slide behind the wheel. All Monte Carlos got the same instrument panel with round gauges faced in faux burled walnut, so youll feel right at home when youre driving this one. Factory A/C, power steering & brakes, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo make it easy and comfortable enough to drive every day without concessions. The trunk is finished the way it would have been new, with a correct mat, full-sized spare tire, and a tire cover that appears to be a new piece. Youll also notice factory spatter-finish paint, proof of this cars easy life. The engine is the original s matching 350. Reliable and relatively thrifty (compared to the 454 anyway) it was the standard engine in the Monte Carlo. Nicely detailed, it shows only light use, which is remarkable given its age, but perhaps not, simply because its obvious someone has always loved this car. Chevy Orange paint , a correct air cleaner, and a recent detailing that includes proper hoses, tower hose clamps, and lots of new parts all make it a highly accurate engine bay. It starts quickly, idles smoothly, and moves the luxurious coupe with ease, and thanks to a dual exhaust system it has just a bit of a muscular tone. The chassis is quite original and shows its Georgia roots and exceptional ownership history because it hasnt been modified in any way. Its not detailed for show, but you wont find a cleaner, unmolested Monte Carlo anywhere. Recent 225/70/15 whitewall radials have been fitted to stock Rally wheels. Monte Carlos are big bargains today, especially ultra-clean ones like this, but it wont last, so call today! This vehicle is located in our Atlanta showroom.
