Custom stainless 1932 Grille-insert with crank hole. 3" dropped I-Beam front axle and Transverse Leaf spring - chromed. Original parts include - built 1940 Ford front juice brakes (work well with good master cylinder), 1940 Ford rear Transverse Leaf Spring, restored 1957 Chevy 210 steering wheel, rebuilt 1970s SBC 355ci w/full Edelbrock dress, Moon Breathers and very very rare Thickston air-cleaner on 4-bbl, 1950 Pontiac taillights, 1954 Mercury hubcaps accented with gold centers, restored ribbed headlight stands. Full custom stainless, rolled-pan-exiting exhausts with the most awesome custom Glasspacks known to man! Fully trimmed in white Naugahyde Tuck 'n' Roll with gold piping. Dash has the then-fashionable 8 gauge set-up with nostalgic Moon 'Wings' gauges mounted in a custom aluminum dash panel. High-mounted chrome King Bees (another fashionable trend on these cars). Custom stainless fuel tank w/race car lines and connectors - mounted out of sight, behind trunk's trimmed fold-down panel. Built on full swageline '32 rails, but body channeled frame-depth over. Body channel required a custom rear C be fabricated for full clearance, rear rail horns were cut so as to allow body channel. Fully shaved, no outer door or trunk handles - trunk may be opened from the small amount that it unlatches up. Narrowed Ford 9" rear with 355:1 gears. TH-350 with full shift kit. Long Lokar shifter. Full custom radiator with flex fan. Floor-mounted light switch. Chopped, chromed windshield. Commander wide-whitewall crossplies - 5.60-15 front and G78-15 rear. Car has approx 800 miles, to and from European shows - mostly in the United Kingdom. This is the ULTIMATE, no budget/no-compromise nostalgic show and go rod with approx 300 Bhp. Simply an awesome car to behold and drive! This car nails down the precise look of cars that were seen in the 50s 'Little Pages' like Rodding and Restyling; it is pure East Coast 50s show-car cool and draws heavily from some infamous east coast 50s show-cars which made a legendary appearance at Pebble Beach in the late 90s. In particular, those knowing their east coast rods will see styling cues influenced by the historic cars of Jack Lentz and Tommy Foster. Owner lives in California, but vehicle remains in dry storage in the UK. Vehicle is currently titled in the UK but can be officially exported and re-titled in the USA. Seller can help with a container shipping service which includes marine insurance. The shipping company has exported hundreds of classic and exotic cars between the UK and USA and this car will be no problem to export. Original black/silver UK classic car license plates will go with the vehicle for additional appeal.
