This car has been in storage since 1959. I am the 3rd owner of this never restored Slant Windshield Model A Ford Town Sedan The story from the 2nd owner was her father purchased the car after WW II she remembers driving it to school as a young lady and in 1959 the car ran but would not drive it was pushed into the barn where it sat and become home to many small critters. When I purchased it inside was full of acorns and the remains of a squirrel who trapped itself in the springs of the front seat. The interior is original and dry rotted cloth not useable as is. The clutch rod was broken and we were able to get it running with little effort. It is tired and needs restored the clutch rod was replaced so it would drive. It was painted by hand at one time and started to oxidize and it was hand painted again just to preserve the metal. Car has no rust through. Its been sitting in my garage since I purchased it in 1998. I have come to the conclusion I dont have the time to restore it and have two other Model As I am offering the car at 8600.00 Firm!
