'55 Chevy 210 coupe, running a '66 327 cid. V8, rebuilt "fuelie" heads. Polished Edelbrock Performer aluminum intake manifold and with an Edelbrock 600cfm 4 bbl carb.. Prior to the engine installation, the mechanic inspected the rod and main bearings for wear and found them to be in "like new" condition, cylinder walls are also in great condition. A new oil pump and a MILODON oil pan were also installed. Headers are Corvette "ram horns", exhaust system 2.5" with 22" glass pack's. Radiator is a HD Griffin Aluminum type, runs consistent at 160 to 190 degrees, new water pump pulley. AC with a new condenser.
Professionally rebuilt and warrantied 700R4 auto transmission with all new lines, cooled by an internal radiator cooler. New custom made drive shaft, new front and rear U joints. Differential is a ten bolt Chevy with a 3:08 gear ratio (estimated). Turns 1400 rpm at 70 mph, gets 26+ mpg highway...on regular gas!
Stock suspension, new upper and lower ball joints and idler arm bushings. Power Steering with in-line cooler, power front disk brakes mounted to 2" dropped spindles, the rear's are drums. Tires are in good shape and the wheels are smooth "American" 5 spoke polished aluminum, fronts are 7.5" wide and the rears are 9.5" .
The leather seats (light grey), from a Lincoln LSC coupe and are in great condition. Front buckets are 6 way electric with pneumatic adjustable lower lumbar. Headliner is black cloth in excellent condition, billet aluminum dash insert. The steering wheel is a leather wrapped Le Carra 3 spoke mounted to a tilt column. The center consul has three cup holders and deep storage under the padded arm rest. The switches for the power windows in each door are conveniently mounted on the consul, the rear windows roll down manually. The windshield is factory tinted W/multi speed/delayed wipers, all the glass is in good shape. The trunk is fully carpeted in black, floor and spare tire well are rust free and solid.
The Porsche guards red paint is in good, overall condition. This is a comfortable, dependable and fun daily driver, not a trailer queen. Will consider a nice pickup + cash in trade.
