The motor is a 400 Cu inch Ford with two 600 CFM Carter carburetors that are coated black on a modified intake, motor has an air to air intercooler system with the Garrett turbo, Mallory distributor, MSD ignition wires, MSD 6 multi spark ignition system, with MSD electric retard box that has an adjustable advance and retard, with dial a boost control. The boost is set on 8 LBS, with two water injector's that can be turned on if you run low test gas. The motor has a Crane RV turbo cam @ 555 lift with 212 degrees duration, making a very smooth idle.
The heads have Stainless Steel Values with a three angle value grind for improved air/gas flow. The exhaust values ports have been enlarged in the heads with larger Stainless Steel exhaust values for increased exhaust flow to turbo.
The motor at sixty miles an hour is turning around 1,200 RPMs and gets around 26 miles to the gallon. The Mickey Thompson tires in rear are 31x18, mounted on weld racing rims. The vehicle has power brakes, front has Chrysler disk brakes and the 9 inch Ford rear has drum brakes. Transmission is a C4. This vehicle is a fun ride and its an attention grabber! All around the vehicle is a great cruiser. When you get on it the turbo is immediately at 8lbs of boost and you are launched!
