1916 OLDSMOBILE, REO 4DR TOWN AND COUNTRY CONVERTIBLE PHAETON, COMPLETELY ORIGINAL. IS ON DISPLAY IN SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH. IT HAS A VERY GOOD WOOD AND GLASS REMOVABLE TOP. THIS IS ONE OF THE “RAREST” SURVIVING PHAETONS AND ONE OF THE “RAREST AND MOST UNIQUE” FACTORY 4 DR CONVERTIBLES EVER BUILT BY THE REO MOTOR CAR COMPANY. THE REO MOTOR CAR COMPANY BUILT SUPERIOR QUALITY MOTOR CARS FROM 1905 TO 1975. THIS 4 DR PHAETON WAS RUNNING WHEN PARKED BY 2ND OWNER. THE MUSEUM IN DOWNTOWN SALT LAKE CITY IS PROUD TO BE THE 3RD OWNER TO HAVE THIS VERY, VERY UNIQUE UNRESTORED VEHICLE. COMPLETE REO WITH ORIGINAL OWNER’S MANUAL. ALL FOUR DOORS HAVE THE UNIQUE ABILITY TO HAVE JUST THE UPPER ONE HALF OF THE DOORS OPEN AND THEN THE FULL DOOR TO BE OPENED.
