In 2007 the engine was completely removed and rebuilt, replaced battery, motor & transmission mounts, remove & replace exhaust, carbs cleaned & rebuilt, replaced front & rear brakes, wheel cylinders w/hardware and adjuster kits, resurfaced drums, all lines bled & fluids replaced, installed ceramic headers, replaced transmission, clutch, crossmember, bell housing, cleaned, sandblasted and painted engine bay, painted all engine parts, engine resealed, lifters, timing set & oil pump, resealed transmission, replaced U joint, replaced all bearings, installed in dash tachometer. In September of this year I replaced the air filters, carb kit, center carb base, oil and filter, coolant and water pump. The value of this car is in the reliability and integrity with which it runs, and everything that's under the hood. To make it a top car it needs a paint job ($3,000), a new roof ($120) two side view mirrors ($94) and an antenna ($100).
