Clean 68 Sport Coupe with AC, recently painted in a modern Inferno Orange, just like todays Camaro, Norwood Ohio built. I have put more than $35,000 in new parts over the last couple of years, those are price of the parts, labor is not calculated in that figure. It has been garage kept for years now, and only goes out on sunny days. The engine is a 327 V8 that has recently been rebuilt, with 1700 miles, just enough to properly break it in. New aluminum heads, roller rockers, push rods, mild cam, pistons, rings, valves, Performer RPM manifold, 650 CFM 4 barrel Holly Carburetor, K&N air filter, new distributor, 3 Core radiator with electric fan, starter, custom valve covers, front wheel tubs, new halogen headlight conversion kit, front bumper, grill, all chrome moldings, and badges are all new, weather stripping so the doors close and seal properly, front windshield, ceramic long tube Flowtech headers, with custom duel 2.5" Flowmaster exhaust and chrome tips poking out the rear end. Underneath I installed a new Tremec 700R4 5 speed transmission to improve gas milage, and had an Eaton positraction rear end installed with 3:55 gears, for highway drivability. She has a complete new subframe along with upper and lower control arms and a Hotchkis total vehicle system suspension kit that comes with new springs, sway bars, multileaf springs out back and new bilstein HPS 1000 shocks. She sits on classic 5 spoke wheels on new Lemans SR tires, P255 60R15 out back, P235 60R15's up front. Front and rear brakes are new and are a 4 wheel disc brake conversion along with a new gas tank. I had the only rust in the car professionally replaced with new front floor pans and new rear quarter panels before three coats of paint and six coats of clear went on top. The interior has also been refurbished with Vintage Airs AC unit, new wiring harness throughout the entire car, a new headliner, walnut steering wheel with horn, dash pad, carpet, Camaro floor mats, seats recovered, original style console and correct horse shoe shifter, door sills plates, door panels, new auto meter MCX gauges (original gauges will come with the car), new rear light wiring harness, and rear package tray and houndstooth trunk mat. I had a pioneer MP3/CD player with IPOD adaptor professionally installed. New Rockford Fozgate 6x9 punch speakers installed out back and 2 each 4" speakers under the dash speakers installed. I put down a coat of bed liner and a thick layer of hush mat sound deading material to keep the road noise down to a whisper. This Camaro is ready to show, but more importantly a head turner and a blast to drive down the highway or around town. You can contact Thomas for information via cell at 573-586-8515.
