This is a very nice VW. New paint, new interior, all seats have been striped down to frame, all rust removed, repainted and wrapped with burlap, fire proof batting, and High density, molded foam. New side panels, headliner and carpet. No foam used for padding, only high density fire proof matting was used in headliner, seats and anywhere else padding was required. This stuff wont breakdown over time, stays cooler and provides better sound proofing. All seats done in deluxe tweed cloth. New seat belts, lap style. Entire floor was coated with sound and weatherproofing. Padding installed under the carpet. Wired for Stereo throughout but left it out so the new owner can install if they please. Converted to 12vdc. Odomoeter reads 85400 miles but it looks like the odometer was changed by the previous owner so I dont really know how many miles on this 1300 engine. It runs good but does develope a leak on the gearbox when its not driven for more then a few days. A new gearbox seal kit will be included, i reduced the price to offset any labor for this. All new rubbers and moldings, triple plated chrome bumpers, new tires and hub caps.
