| This Packard Clipper 8-passenger sedan was just pulled out of the barn after almost 40 years! My father bought this in the late '60's and put it away. It's very original, has an excellent body and the interior is still in pretty good shape too. It's going to need to be restored, it hasn't run for at least 40 years. The original paint will need to be redone. There is no bondo or rust repair on the car, what you see if what's original. As I said, there is very little rust on this huge old car! Has the flathead 8 cylinder engine, the interior has the front and back seats and also jump seats. If you need transporting, ask for a quote since I do that some, I run mainly from New England to the Arkansas area. Vermont is a non-title state for older vehicles, this vehicle has never had a title and Vermont will not furnish one for vehicles older than 15 years. This will be sold with a bill of sale only, but if you need to prove ownership to your state in order to get a title from your state, you can register the car here in Vermont. The registration fee for antique vehicles is only $16 plus a 6% sales tax if you do register it in Vermont. |
