This all steel 55 T-bird is covered in a coat of Merlot Burgundy Metallic that has an excellent finish and displays a brilliant shine. At the front of the car, a custom fascia houses new halogen headlights in traditional T-bird hoods above blue tinted fog lights that are a direct fit where the cars turn signals used to be. Between those lights, a chrome mesh grille replaces the traditional Thunderbird stainless grille, and behind the lights, the cars front fenders incorporate custom fender vents with matching mesh inserts. Ghost flames start at those fender vents and run down the side of the car past custom rear view mirrors with integrated LED turn signals. Connected to the top of the windshield is a tan Haartz cloth convertible top with a plastic rear window. At the back of the car, LED tail lights ride above a custom fabricated rear fascia that replaces the traditional 55 bumper. Under the hood, a high-revving modular DOHC 4.6L Mustang Mach 1 motor that is complete with an intercooled Mustang Cobra Eaton supercharger, a Detail Zone wiring harness, an SCT chip tuned by Pro Dyno, an Arrow radiator with a Sparco fan and Sanderson block hugger headers. Take a look underneath and youll find a Mustang II suspension, a Fat Man front sub frame, a custom boxed and modded X-member, heavy duty sway bars, disc brakes, power steering, a Flaming River stainless steering shaft and joints, custom Cal Trac style rear control bars, a Tremec 3650 5-speed transmission, an 8.8 inch rear axle with 3.27 gears and a Tanks Inc. 16 gallon stainless fuel tank with an internally mounted high volume fuel pump.
