 Vehicle Description
This is a 1965 Ford Thunderbird Convertible for sale. We bought the car in August of 2008 and have done a a lot to her since the purchase. The car had been sitting up for about ten years before our purchase. My wife really loves the look of the car, but has now determined a new RV is what she really wants.

Since our purchase - all of the hoses have been changed and the radiator was flushed, I also replaced the heater core. I replaced the master cylinder because it wasn’t releasing the pressure. The tires were also replaced due to sitting in one spot for so long left flat spots on all of them. I replaced the fuel, air, and oil filters and gave her a tune up with new plugs, wires, points, and condenser. I bought a refurbished jack (the original one was missing parts) several months ago. I also converted the AC from R-12 to R-414B (Hotshot - much more environmentally friendly) and it runs really cold. I also got all of the lights working well. The mufflers and shock absorbers have been replaced. The car is believed to have had a cosmetic restoration by Randolph, hence the spot lights, luggage rack, headlight lenses, and continental kit, as well as, some engine chrome enhancements. The car runs well and is beautiful. The Tourneau cover gives the car the look of a roadster, but conceals a full rear seat for extra guests. The AM radio works, the car has 4 Kelsey Hayes wire wheels, fender skirts, and even curb finders. The spot lights are 100,000 candle power each and work great. The passenger seat can recline and has the head rest, as well as the sliding steering wheel for entry ease.
