 Vehicle Description
As for work that needs to be done, the choke needs to be serviced. The car doesnt idle well. The ignition needs to be adjusted because you have to put a little pressure on the shifting lever to the left toward park for the starter to go. There is also a front passenger side exhaust manifold leak. The interior hasnt been restored and the seats could use reupholstering. The headliner is completely out but the bars are in the trunk. The temperature gauge doesnt work and neither does the windshield washer pump. Ive also noticed that the trunk needs to be adjusted because it doesnt sit quite right when closed.

I took ownership of this car as payment for a debt. Ive only ran it a few miles myself, but it does run and drive well. You just kind of float along! It starts easy but wont idle for more than a couple of minutes before dying. I think that it may idle worse when warmed up. It shouldnt be too big of a deal to fix. The idle may be just set too low but I havent fooled with it.

I first saw this car when the previous owner drove it to our place from his home roughly 30 miles away on several occasions. So, it is a reliable runner. When you see it coming into your driveway, it really looks sharp and gets your attention. The interior is the main thing that keeps this car from being quite nice.

It doesnt seem plausible that this car only has 7,052 miles on it but that is what the odometer says it is all I know about it. Its possible, I guess.

In summary, Id say that this is a good car that needs a bit more work to become a great car. If you are interested in purchasing it, call my cell phone at 208-301-4178 or send an email to
