| Vehicle Description |

This is not your father's Caddy -- this is a custom 1959 Coupe DeVille. This car has been to a lot of car shows in California and always gets a lot of stares and awards. If you are looking for something that will make you look cool and stand out, this is the car. It was featured in David Perry's book Hot Rod Pinups (the first book) and has only gotten cooler since then with the addition of a top-of-the-line full airbag system from AirRide Technologies, full body pin striping and a 1959 Impala Dash with chromes gauge pods (this really turns heads and has a timeless classic look). The Caddy looks great sitting there on the ground with its low profile, but when it gets rolling, it is even cooler. The exhaust is straight out the back with no mufflers. The sound is great -- since the distance the exhaust travels is so far (just under 19 feet) the tone is very hot rod and not obnoxious. The body is amazingly straight -- no waves or anything and is rust free. The body was stripped down to bare metal and any imperfections were fixed with metal. This is one very long and very straight car. The undercarriage has some rusted out areas that have been repaired to driver quality. All of the side chrome except the door handles has been removed and filled along with the hood and trunk chrome (nosed and decked). The body color is basecoat metallic red and the top is gloss metallic silver. The pin striping on the car is extensive -- especially given the length of the car. It was done by master striper Mike Clines in Sacramento (an old timer who has been doing this since working with Larry Watson).

The car has the following:
-- 390 V-8 engine
-- 1959 impala dash with chromed pods and new gauges
-- Air Ride Technologies Air Bags (includes: Shockwave v 3.0 front (integrated shock and bag), CoolRide rear, Dual compressors, Tank and Digital controller)
-- All side chrome removed except door handles
-- All nose and deck chrome removed
-- Whole car completely rewired
-- Angel hair headliner
-- SONY xplode sound system
-- Automatic transmission
-- Dual exhaust
-- Power brakes
-- Power windows
-- Doors that close tightly and easily
-- Gas tank cleaned and sealed inside (have new sending unit but have not put it in yet-will include in sale)
-- Electric Radiator fan with temp sensor
-- Blue dot tail lights (cool kind that don’t cut off the pointed end of the lens)
-- Wide Whitewall Firestone bias ply tires
-- Motor starts easily and runs great. ACTUAL MILEAGE UNKOWN since I did not hook up the speedometer/odometer when I pulled the motor and gave it a facelift -- the speedometer works but is not hooked up currently. Car currently has no carpet. The new sending unit for the gas gauge still needs to be installed (I will include) so the gauge in the car does not currently show any gas. The wipers, wiper motor and heater fan were removed for a cleaner look (you could easily reinstall if you wanted them). The undercarriage shows normal wear and rust and under side of trunk. Metal was welded in trunk and looks nice now, but underside still shows the rust.
The car is sold as is, with no warranty.
I will accept Cashiers Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer and good old cash.
All shipping costs and arrangements are the buyers responsibility.
