Speaking of the engine, it is a true wolf in sheeps clothing. It is indeed a true 409 motor but one that has been completely massaged and stroked to become a 440. Ease onto that generous red, tartan plaid cloth and vinyl split back seat and you are reminded of what comfort really felt like back in the day. The mixture of horizontal sweep speedometer and full round gauges is positively both art deco and spartan all in one. Meticulously painted in code 8259 Ermine White and then buffed to a high luster, this paint finish goes way beyond that of anything that came out of the factory in 1962. The same holds true for the undercarriage. Every inch underneath this beauty received the same exacting attention to detail.
