Other than mandatory safety features, the Corvette needed no modifications to meet pace car specifications. Only very "Limited Edition Pace Cars" were produced by Chevrolet at the prestigious Bowling Green, Kentucky factory. Clean CARFAX. The 1998 Corvette's unique color-shifting "Radar Blue" paint, bright yellow wheels and a two-tone yellow and black leather interior presented some of the most extreme looks for an Indy Pace Car.
