DESCRIPTION

"Dream Car Automotive / Restoration" is proud to anounce the unveiling of this 1970 Yenko Deuce Tribute next month. No its not a real Yenko, but it's not a 200 plus thousand $$$ either, which is approximately what they trading hands for - that is if you can even find one for sale.

The transformation started with a quite solid & straight 70 Nova V8 307 with an automatic transmission. It received all NEW floors pans & the rest of the undercarriage was media blasted down to bare medal. Etch primed, epoxy sealed & then "3" coats of Red Oxide to give it that as delivery factory look. The sub-frame was removed media blasted & painted
POR15 chassis paint & semi gloss Black top coat. All new bushings when
re-installed.

The body was extremely rust free to start with, then media blasted. A full 80 hours went into making the body laser straight & making all the
gaps better then they were when it left the factory. The color was changed slightly from Forest Green to Sherwood Green which in my opinion looks much better. All the Yenko stripes were painted on in White & then
clear coated over top. No cheese decals here. The original bumpers were
replated & all the brightwork polished. The trunk was detailed with the
correct aqua & black over a semi-gloss Black base coat.

The interior was complete redone in Black(original color was green) new seat covers, new headliner, Yenko script door panels, new carpet, new dash pad, correct SYC head rests, new package tray with correct flush mounted speaker grilles. All the window regulators with reconditioned.
The heater box was removed & reconditioned with a new alumimum heater
core & cables. A factory Am/Fm radio was found & reconditioned. New & correct Stewart Warner oil & water temp Green-Stripe gauges. Correct
Dixco hood mounted tach reconditioned & installed.

The engine is a 350-4 bolt with mild cam, new ceramic coated headers.
Correct LT-1 dual snorkle air cleaner & ultra rare original Ansen cast
aluminim Yenko valve covers. All GM reproduction hoses & clamps. New
Summit(Holley knock-off) dual feed 650cfm carburetor w/electric choke.

The tranmission is a reconditioned Munice M21 4-speed. New reproduction
GM 621 bell-housing. New 11" flywheel. New brake/clutch peddle assembly.
New "Z" bar kit. New dust shield. New Husrt shifter & linkage.

All new front & rear springs. New steering assembly. New power disc
brake conversion kit & new brake/fuel lines. New gas tank, straps & fuel
gauge sending unit. Up-graded front Drilled & Slotted rotors. New GM Delco 11" brake booster. New rear brakes, hardware & drums. New upper &
lower control arms poweder coated semi-gloss Black. New ball joints & new radius arms & bushings. New rebound rubbers. New sway bar links.

The rear is a GM 12 bolt Limited-Slip currently out being rebuilt. Haven't choosen a gear ratio yet, thinking either 3.55's or 4.10's.

PS: I know this listing is quite old due to heath issues & its taken me much longer & quite a bit more money to complete. But the good news is I'm feeling better & the Deuce is very close to being done. I installed a brand new GM Performance Parts 350/330hp 4-bolt main engine & upgraded to a reproduction GM 30/30 solid lifter cam. Ceramic coated headers running into a Pypes 2-1/2 "X' piper exhaust with Violator mufflers. Fully rebuilt M21 Munice 4-speed transmission with 621 bell housing, 11 inch Ram Muscle Car clutch & a brand new Hurst Super Shifter with Munice bench seat shifter handle. I when with 14"x6" disc brake steel wheels painted body color & dog dish hub caps wrapped in brand new Coker FR70 Firestone Wide Oval RWL radials. The only thing I have left to do is the rear end. However I've decided on 3.73 gears & o;d school Lakewood traction bars. I also added period correct Stewart Warner green stripe gauges for oil & water temperature.

The Deuce is now in the re-assemble stage & about 75% done. Come see
it now if you want. You'll see theres nothing hidden to haunt you later.
Personal & qualified 3rd party inspections MORE then welcome. Overseas
buyers also welcome. Please feel free to contact Dan 845-473-1413 days &
845-546-5523 nights & weekends up to 9pm EST. Located New York 12601.
