1971 Plymouth Roadrunner, Factory Fe5 Rallye Red with factory white vinyl bench interior. This is a ground up restoration which was done about 6 years ago. All body panels are original and have no filler at all. I have a CD with over 100 pictures of the restoration. There is a very small dent in the lower rear quarter panel. Otherwise, there are no imperfections on any of the body panels. It is an original 383/4 speed pistol grip car. It is not a numbers matching drivetrain car; however, I do have the original build sheet and fender tag. It is an RM23 Roadrunner. The motor has recently been rebuilt and the original 23 spline transmission has been replaced with an 18 spline hemi 4 speed tranny. It has a small leak at the drain plug. The motor has an Edelbrock 1407 carburetor and an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold. It has a new centerline clutch and housing as well. The motor burns no oil and has no leaks. It has been converted to a Mopar electronic ignition. The motor mounts have been replaced. Front end has been rebuilt with PST bushings. Rear end is 8.75 Sure-Grip with 3:55 gears. All gauges work except for the temp indicator. It has the 150 mph speedo along with a working tach. The alternator and voltage regulator are new. The paint is like glass and has no swirls or orange peel and features the reflective strobe stripe over the roof. There are no rips/tears in the seats or door panels, but there are a few scuffs. The dash pad has no cracks. The headliner is perfect and all the seat belts are there, even the lap belts attached to the headliner. The AM Musicmaster radio works as well. The engine compartment is completely detailed. Under the hood, a molded insulation pad has been installed. It has a Classic Air system about 90% installed that needs a compressor bracket modification to be functional. All lights and turn signals work along with the key buzzer. It has power steering and manual drum brakes. Windshield wipers are functional as well. Of course, it has the famous Roadrunner Beep-Beep horn which is at the center of the Tuff-Wheel steering wheel. It has a full size Rallye Wheel spare along with the original jack, hook, jack stand and lug wrench. The wheels are 15 x7 Rallye Wheels and Goodyear RWL tires with 90% tread. The trunk mat is in good condition and the trunk is detailed as well. The exhaust is a 2.5 inch Flowmaster system exiting the Machine-Gun tips. Tied for 1st place at Monster Mopar in 2012 in its'' class.
